The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the Donna C. McCullough Chamber Scholarship, to be awarded in June 2022.
A Feb. 14 press release continued by noting that this scholarship, presented since 1995, is awarded to a high school senior and honors Donna C. McCullough, who served the chamber as executive director from 1976–2004.
The Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting educational attainment in the Franklin-Southampton area. This scholarship recognizes an area student for exemplary involvement and service to the community. Selection criteria include the following: Minimum GPA of 2.50, community involvement, leadership and extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, employment, etc. and academic achievement.
