FRANKLIN – Ralph “Lilman” White Jr., 53, of Hyattsville, Maryland, survived by his father Ralph White Sr., predeceased by his mother, Connie E. (Banks) White, passed away on May 29, 2022. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughan-Temple Funeral Home in Franklin.
