COURTLAND – Dwight E. Scott Sr. of Mallard Street, Courtland, passed away Aug. 26, 2022 in Riverside Medical Center in Newport News. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 3, at noon at Scott’s Revival Center, 1816 South Street in Franklin with Apostle Carolyn Burdine delivering the eulogy; Dr. Evelyn Scott is host pastor. The interment will follow at White Oak Spring Cemetery. Family and Friends will assemble at the church for the service. Masks are required at all services.
