WINDSOR – Ralph Morris O’Neal, 79, passed away Nov. 24, 2022 in his home surrounded by his family. Ralph was born in Norfolk and was predeceased by his father, Ralph Wilson O’Neal. He was also predeceased by three sisters, Carol Reed, Brenda Maupin and Linda Hartley and a granddaughter, Dakota Stone. Ralph was a retired Glazier for the Norfolk Naval Base.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Minnie Nelson O’Neal and his wife of 47 years, Patty Darden O’Neal; two daughters, Jackie O. McAlister and Amber O. Griffin; two sons, Ralph M. O’Neal Jr. (Darlene) and Patrick O’Neal (Adril); five grandchildren, Ryan Connor O’Neal, Olivia Pearl Griffin, Brittany Rose O’Neal, S.C. Stone and Josh McAlister; one sister, Patricia O. Martin and one brother, Jack O’Neal.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday Nov. 28, 2022 at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Micah Voight officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Carrsville Volunteer Fire Department or Western Branch Baptist Church.
