SEDLEY – Mother Gracie Mae Byrd of Johnsons Mill Road, Sedley, passed away on Jan. 7, 2023 in Bon Secours Southampton Memorial Hospital. A wake will be held at Move of God Church, 221 South Main Street, Franklin from 3 – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11. A service of celebration will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 1 p.m. at Beulahland A.M.E. Zion Church, 34122 Clayton Road, Zuni, with the Rev. Joseph Whitney delivering the eulogy; the Rev. Juan Turnes is the pastor. The interment will follow in the church cemetery. Masks are required at all services. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
