Franklin City Public Schools to experience 2-hour opening delay

Franklin City Public Schools announced late Monday evening, Jan. 30, that due to a prediction of morning fog, there will be a two-hour opening delay for all of its schools and central office staff on Tuesday, Jan. 31.
