FRANKLIN – Deaconess Armanda T. Manley of Madison Street, Franklin, passed away March 3, 2023 while resting peacefully in her home. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 – 6 p.m. On Friday, March 10, a homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. at El Bethel Worship Center, 4324 Holland Road in Suffolk with Bishop Calvin L. Hanshaw Sr. delivering the eulogy; Pastor Freda Cross is the host pastor. The interment will follow in Southview Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
