In an effort to engage and promote reading in young people, the Windsor Library holds a PAWS to Read Program every second Saturday of the month from 10:30 a.m.-noon. Readers practice their reading and storytelling skills with therapy dogs and also make a craft. Pictured is Draco Bruning telling a story to Grace. We commend the Windsor library for the creativity and effort to promote reading to young people. A big woof woof of applause from all of us here at The Tidewater News.
