FRANKLIN – Jesse M. Chambliss of Delk Street, Franklin, passed away on April 10, 2023 in Sentara Obici Hospital. A public viewing will be held on Friday at the funeral home from 2 – 6 p.m. On Saturday, April 15 a celebration of Jesse’s life will be held at noon at New Mount Zion Baptist Church, 415 Stonewall Street in Franklin, with Pastor C.M. Carter delivering the eulogy. The interment will follow in Southview Cemetery. Service provided by the professional and caring staff of Wm. M.
