FRANKLIN – Herman D. Harper, of Bracey Street, Franklin passed away on April 15, 2023 in Sentara Leigh Hospital. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 3 – 7 p.m. On Saturday, April 22, at 11:30 a.m., a graveside will be held in Southview Cemetery, on Morton Street in Franklin with the Rev.
