FRANKLIN – Charlotte M. Blacknall, formerly of Franklin, passed away Aug. 15, 2023 in New York. On Friday, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3 – 7 p.m. On the day of the service, the family will receive friends at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary of the church. A homegoing service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1071 Carrsville Highway in Franklin with the Assistant Pastor, Rev. Delores A. Manley delivering the eulogy; the Rev. Alfred D. Brown Sr. is senior pastor. Masks are required at the service. The interment will follow in Southview Cemetery.
