Police investigate reported armed robbery on Armory Drive

The Franklin Police Department is actively investigating a report of an armed robbery of a vape store on Armory Drive on Sunday, Sept. 24.
An FPD news release noted that at about 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, officers were dispatched to 1326 Armory Drive for a report of an armed robbery. Police said that upon arrival, it was learned that an unknown male had entered the Dragon Vape store and, while displaying a firearm, stole an undisclosed amount of money from the business.
“This is an active investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available,” FPD officials stated.
