NANSEMOND COUNTY – Marvin Keith Cisco, 63, passed away on Oct. 15, 2023. He was born in Nansemond County, Virginia to Ida Mae Hite Williams and the late Marvin Cisco. He is also predeceased by his brother, James Woodrow Cisco. Marvin owned and operated Harvey’s Towing.
Marvin is survived by his mother, Ida Williams (Edward); daughters, Julie Cisco and Summer Gibbs (Jacob); son, Dustin Cisco; grandchildren, Haley Cisco and Lilly and Oakley Gibbs; sisters, Kathy Mays (Howard), Karen Mahon (David) and Elizabeth Ann Clifford (William); and numerous

nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. – noon at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be at Holly Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Post condolences on parrfuneralhome.com.
