BOZEMAN, Montana – Edna Forehand Griffin passed away peacefully on Nov. 6, 2023 in Bozeman, Montana. Born in Norfolk, Virginia in 1936, she lived in Franklin and Southampton County for several years before moving to Bozeman. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Nina Forehand; her first husband, Norfleet Griffin Sr.; her second husband, Denny Bowman and her son, Norfleet Griffin Jr., as well as her sister and brother.

She is survived by her children, Patsie Gray Diamond (Al), Johnnie Griffin (Rhonda), Eddie Griffin (Joan) and Teresa Moray Roach (David) and her 10 grandchildren, Brooks Griffin, Dusty Griffin, Griffin Dehoage, Annie Parker, Randy Parker, Leslie Staley, Lindsey Wyche, Michael Griffin, Sarah Griffin, Joey Moray and nine great-grandchildren.

Her wish was for any memorials to be made to the Autism Speaks in honor of her grandson, Michael Griffin.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
