FRANKLIN – Mother Annie M. Stephens of Oak Street, Franklin, passed Dec. 18, 2023. On Friday, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3 – 7 p.m. On Saturday, Dec. 23, a celebration of love will be held at 1 p.m. at Scott’s Revival Church, 1816 South Street, in Franklin with the pastor, Dr. Evelyn Square delivering the eulogy.
