The Meherrin Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization held a Fall Carnival for the entire student body on Friday afternoon, Nov. 17.
A school news release stated that the entire staff and more than 40 parent and community volunteers came together to make the afternoon a huge success.
“The students would like to express their great thanks for everyone who made it a special day to be a Meherrin Eagle,” school officials said.
