UPDATE: Liberty Cotton was located safe and without injury.

The City of Franklin Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Liberty Cotton, a 10-year-old Black female described as being approximately 4 feet, 9 inches in height and weighing approximately 110 pounds.  

An FPD news release shared shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, noted that Cotton departed a residence in the 300 block of Artis Street in Franklin around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17. Cotton was last seen wearing red shorts, a black tanktop and white Nike shoes with a red Nike logo.
