WINDSOR – Harry Lee Ramsay, 72, passed away June 26, 2024 in his home with his family by his side. Born in Waynesboro, Virginia, he was a son of the late Lee Cook Ramsay and Ellen Mildred Kent Ramsay. He was also predeceased by his wife, Tane Marie Rhodes Ramsay and a son, Glenn Louis Case.
Harry was a 1970 graduate of Waynesboro High School and a U.S. Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a retired fork lift operator for Cost Plus World Market in Windsor. Harry was a member of the American Legion and Living Hope Community Fellowship in Windsor. He loved the outdoors and fishing.
Left to cherish his memory are three daughters, Jennifer Lee Spiggle, Jaime Marie Casey (Terry) and Lisa Marie Case; a son, Kevin Lee Ramsay; a sister, Leona Faye Painter (Pugh); nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a close friend, Jerry Hall.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10 in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Dr. Kevin Myatt officiating.
