FRANKLIN – Patricia Hubbard Beamon, born on June 4, 1946, in Dinwiddie, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Aug. 8, 2024, at the age of 78. Patricia was the beloved wife of James “Larry” Beamon for 40 years. She dedicated 25 years of her life as a private duty nurse at Village Woods Edge and East Pavilion and was a member of Tucker Swamp Baptist Church.
Patricia was the loving mother of John Wesley Atkins, Ricky Lee Atkins, Ronald Patrick Atkins and Amanda Simmonds. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on Aug. 17, at 2 p.m. at Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 3593 Carrsville Highway in Franklin with Pastor Jamey Atkins officiating. A fellowship reception will follow the service.
