FRANKLIN – Mother Rubie L. Lawrence of Roosevelt Avenue, Franklin, transitioned on Sept. 29, 2024. On Thursday, Oct. 10, a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3 – 7 p.m. A celebration of love will be held on Friday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m. at East End Church of God, 410 East Street in Franklin with Elder Stanley Worrell delivering the eulogy: Bishop S.D.
