SEDLEY Lloyd “June” Byrd Jr. of Unity Road, Sedley, passed away in his home on Oct. 3, 2024. On Wednesday a public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 3 – 7 p.m. A homegoing celebration will be held on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m. at Beulah Land A.M.E. Zion Church, 34122 Clayton Road, Ivor, Virginia with the pastor, Rev. Juan Turnes delivering the eulogy. The committal and benediction will follow in the church cemetery.
