FRANKLIN – Rhonda N. Harris of Delaware Road, Franklin, transitioned on Oct. 8, 2024. A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 – 7 p.m. A celebration of love will be Friday, Oct. 18, at 1 p.m. at Pine Level Baptist Church, 23035 Church Street, Capron, Virginia with the pastor, the Rev.
