SEDLEY – William Percy Clifford, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 19, 2024. Born in Franklin, he was a son of the late John D. and Carolyn Arrington Clifford. He was also predeceased by a brother, Frankie Clifford.
William was a battery technician at Parker Battery in Franklin.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Elizabeth Ann Cisco Clifford; two daughters, Cheyenne Clifford Brozzo (James) and Kara Lynn Clifford; a son, William Morris “Will” Clifford; three stepsons, Robert James Lewis, Mark Edward Lewis and Seth Daniel Lewis; a brother, Charles Clifford (Patricia); a grandson, Oliver Brozzo; his mother and father-in-law, Ed and Ida Williams; two cousins, Jackie Goodson Howell (Stewart) and Becky Goodson Belcher (Kelly) and many other family members.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24 in Wright Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Poe officiating. The family will receive friends and family at the Clifford residence, 30383 Maple Avenue, Sedley, VA 23878.
