In Virginia, in a light test due to adverse weather conditions, state graded feeder cattle mostly 3.00 to 17.00 lower. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales mostly 11.00 to 38.00 higher. Slaughter cows mostly steady to 10.00 higher. Wheat new crop .18 higher. Corn steady to .15 higher, new crop .11 higher. Soybeans mostly .41 to .47 higher, new crop .32 higher.
