AMELIA— Barclay Gatten led Southampton Academy with 20 points in an 89-38 loss to top-ranked conference foe Amelia Academy.

SA dropped to 13-5 overall and 10-5 in the Virginia Commonwealth Conference. The Lady Raiders are ranked seventh in the state.
