SUNBURY, N.C.—Brenda Joyce Watley, 67, died February 27, 2012.

She is survived by her daughters, Carla Whaley and Lisa Parker; and brothers, James, Robert and Melton Vaughan.

The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Wright Funeral Home. A funeral will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park.
