COURTLAND—A Zuni man — reportedly dressed in women’s clothing — exposed himself to some children last year, police allege.

Jeffrey Brian Williams, 36, on Sept. 28 was charged with two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

On May 15, 2009, a report was made to the Southampton County Sheriff’s office alleging that a man dressed as a women had exposed himself to some children on a school bus traveling on Doles Road in Zuni.

Williams was arrested after an investigation, according to Sgt. Wanda Covington.

A judge on Thursday denied Williams’ request for bond, according to court records. Williams’ arraignment is set for Nov. 9 in Southampton County Circuit Court.
