WINDSOR-John “Jack” Ramey Wills Jr, 91, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at his Windsor home.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory in Suffolk.

Mr. Wills was a retired general contractor.

Among his survivors are children John R. Wills III and Beverley W. Ruegsegger, both of Windsor.
