FRANKLIN—The Franklin School Board met behind closed doors for an additional four hours Monday night, discussing the “performance of specific employees.”
No action was taken.
The meeting was a continuation of a meeting last Thursday night, when the board met privately for 5½ hours. School boards can meet behind closed doors when discussing personnel.
Both nights the discussion of specific employees was the only thing on the agenda.
School Board President Bill Scarboro said Tuesday the school board conducts such meetings from time to time. The board did not name the employees.
