WINDSOR —A Windsor man was robbed Tuesday at his home on Spivey Town Road by a masked gunman.

The suspect got away with the victim’s cell phone and wallet, which had a couple hundred dollars, Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The unidentified victim told investigators he heard a noise downstairs, and the dog barking at about 10 a.m. The man went downstairs, opened the door and was confronted by a 6-foot-2 black man, wearing dark clothes and a dark mask with eye holes cut out, police said.

The suspect confronted the man with a pistol and demanded that he give him what he had.
