FRANKLIN—Franklin High School girls improved their record to 3-7 overall and 2-3 in the Tri-Rivers District after wins on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

The Lady Broncos defeated Charles City 60-47.

Tiara Rogers led scoring with 28 points. Janesha Hurdle added 9. Aysa Lee and Jazmyn Anthony had 16 and 15 rebounds, respectively.

The Lady Broncos defeated Northampton 47-30.

Rogers led again with 30 points.

In junior varsity action, Franklin lost 51-5 to Charles City and 19-14 to Northampton.
