Southampton High School student Victoria Blow was crowned Franklin-Southampton County Fair Queen on Thursday night.

She is the daughter of Alvin and Felicia Blow of Franklin.

Meredith Coggsdale was named runner-up. She is the daughter of Mark and Shannon Coggsdale.

Taylor Felts, the daughter of Michael and Renee Felts, was named Miss Congeniality
