WINDSOR—Stephen Ronald Ward, 67, died March 20, 2011.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel.

Mr. Ward retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and was a bridge tender for U.S. Facilities Corp.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy W. Ward; three daughters; one sister; and one aunt.
