WINDSOR—Windsor’s soccer team defeated Southampton Academy 1-0 during a non-conference game on Tuesday.

Duke Ryan Brant made the game’s only goal on a penalty kick with 20 minutes left in the match.

“It was a great match,” said SA Coach Jamie Weist. “We’re like Windsor. We have a very young team. Our kids stepped up and played well.”

Windsor junior varsity squad won 6-0.

SA will play at 4:30 p.m. today, March 24, at Blessed Sacrament Huguenot in Richmond. Windsor will host Matthews at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 30.
