PORTSMOUTH—Westley “Big Baby” Speller, 69, of Suffolk, died March 23, 2011, at Bons Secours Maryview Medical Center.

Funeral services were held Monday at Corprew Funeral Home chapel.

Mr. Speller was a laborer at Norfolk Veneer Mills and retired after 13 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Williams of Murfreesboro, N.C.; three sons; three sisters; and four brothers.
