SUFFOLK—Frank Bertelle Whitley, 65, died Nov. 21, 2012, at his home.

A family gathering celebrating Frank’s life will be held.

A Franklin native, Mr. Whitley is survived by his wife, Diann Jenkins Whitley; twin sons J. Christopher Whitley of Roanoke and Jonathan of Carrsville; and a brother, Harry Whitley of Franklin, Va.

Parr Funeral Home, Suffolk, is handling arrangements.
