To the Editor:

I will vote to re-elect Delegate William K. Barlow. He is a local Virginian. He has not labored to introduce frivolous bills, but has been there for our community when we needed him.

Committed to Franklin as well as his home county of Isle of Wight, he was a successful Camp Foundation scholar.

“Billie K.” is a gentleman and a true conservative in the old Virginia style, committed to work for what is best for this Commonwealth and thoughtful and caring for the people whom he has so ably represented.
