HAMPTON—Joshua “Bud” Scott Jr., 68, died Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Sentara Hospital in Newport News. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday at Triumph Pentecostal Church of Deliverance, Newport News. Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Patricia Walloe Scott; one son, Kenneth Scott; one daughter, Pamela Scott Dale; five sisters, Mildred Joyner of Windsor, Sarah Knight and Geneva Bynum, all of Franklin, Hattie Watson of Como, N.C., Martha Scott of Washington, D.C.; and one brother, Linnie Scott of Newport News. Cooke Funeral Home, Newport News, is in charge of arrangements.
