SEDLEY—Edith Beaton Simms, 80, passed away April 25, 2013 at Southampton Memorial Hospital. Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Nelms, of Suffolk, VA.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. James H. Hyatt, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley.
