FRANKLIN—Mrs. Adelaide R. Person, 87, of Franklin, Va., passed away April 26, 2013 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Rising Star Baptist Church, Branchville, VA. Burial will follow in the Rising Star Cemetery. Arrangements are handled by Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home.
