BRANCHVILLE – Mattie Laura Vick Grizzard, age 99, died September 11 , 2013. She was the daughter of the late Richard D. Vick and Ethel Harris Vick and the widow of Linton W. Grizzard.

She was a homemaker and member of Boykins Baptist Church. Mrs. Grizzard was predeceased by two sisters and a brother. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 3 PM on Friday, September 13, 2013, at Beechwood Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond Bunn officiating. No visitation is planned. Memorial donations may be made to either the Boykins Rescue Squad or the Branchville Fire Department. www.wrightfuneralhome.org
