Franklin schools announce cancellation

FRANKLIN—According to its website, Franklin City Public Schools and its offices will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 13.
Southampton County Public Schools will be operating on a 2-hour delay.
Isle of Wight County Public Schools will make the decision early in the morning, according to a release by Kenita Bowers, spokeswoman for IWPS.
