STAFFORD—Melvin R. Davis departed this life on March 12, 2015 at his home in Stafford, Virginia. He is the son of the late Charlie and Lillian Davis of Bryant Church Road, Capron, Virginia.

The funeral will be on Friday, March 20, at 2 p.m. in Owens Funeral Service, 1808 Princess Anne St., Fredericksburg, Virginia.
