All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in l3oykins Magisterial District, containing 2.00 acres as shown on that certain plat entitled, “PLAT SHOWING PROPERTY OF WILMER M. CARPENITO – LAND SURVEYOR, 23145 SFIANDS DRIVE – COURTLAND, VIRGINIA”, a copy of which plat is recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia, in Plat Book 23, page 148, and to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular metes and bounds description of said land being herein conveyed.
