In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $180,310.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.375000% from VIRGINIA L. MALONE AND MARY K. ROSSMANN dated June 23, 2011, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 110001515, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on July 2, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THAT certain tractor parcel of land, lying, situate and being in the Franklin Magisterial District, Southampton County, Virginia, designated as Lot 13, containing 2.353 acres, more or less, as shown on that certain plat entitled, “PHYSICAL SURVEY SHOWING PROPERTY SURVEYED FOR JOHNSON & JOHNSON PROPERTIES, LLC LOCATED AT 23195 FRANCES COURT FRANKLIN MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 50′, AUG. 28, 2007”, made by J. D. Vann – Land Surveyor, 25085 New Market Road, ourtland, Virginia, said plat is recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, in Instrument Number 070004096, reference being made thereto for a more particular description of the subject property herein conveyed.
