In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $169,500.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.62500% from SHARON V. LASSITER dated March 24, 2006, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 060001334, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on July 9, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

“All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate and being in the Franklin Magisterial District of Southampton County, Virginia, designated as Lot 47, Section Two, Scottswood, containing an area of 24, 366 square feet, as shown on that plat entitled, “PHYSICAL SURVEY SHOWING LOT 47 SECTION TWO, SCOTTSWOOD, BEING CONVEYED TO BRIAN A. JONES & SUSAN E. MACKAN LOCATED AT 23185 HOMESTEAD LANE FRANKLIN MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 30′ JUNE 22, 1994″, said plat having been recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, in Deed Book 389 at page 627.”

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust. (Tax Map No. 77D-3-47)
