Whitney Burgess, David Dunn exchange vows in home ceremony

Mr. and Mrs. Benny Burgess of Franklin announce the marriage of their daughter, Whitney Burgess, to David Dunn, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Dunn of Christiansburg, on Saturday, July 18, 2015.

The wedding was at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Burgess in Franklin.
The bride is the sister of Kelly Lukens. She is a maternal granddaughter of Fred and Pat Harris of Tallahassee, Florida. She is a paternal granddaughter of the late Chester and Mildred Burgess.
David is the brother of Michael Dunn of Christiansburg and Joseph Dunn of Narrows. He is a maternal grandson of the late William John and Martha Wolfe McGuigan. He is a paternal grandson of the late Howard Franklin and Janet Vance Dunn.
Whitney is a 2005 graduate of Franklin High School. She attended Virginia Tech, and she has a pharmacy technician license. Whitney is employed at National Bank in Blacksburg as a merchant representative.
David attended Christiansburg High School in 2001, graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Extension Education. He is a brickmason and owner of DVD Masonry.
The couple will reside in Christiansburg.
