Tennis in season at country club

Cypress Cove Country Club is in the middle of its third summer tennis season.

Tennis at Cypress Cove is sponsored by the Western Tidewater Tennis Association, which employs a tennis pro who teaches at the YMCA and Cypress Cove. In addition to lessons, WTTA hosts clinics and sponsors competitive leagues as well.
The WTTA Tri-Level League at Cypress Cove is heading into its fourth week of the summer. Each match consists of A, B+ and BC level double matches. The standings after the first three weeks are as following:
• Beauties and the Beasts (2 & 1)
• 7 Girls and a Dude (2 & 1)
• String Courtets (1 & 2)
• We’re Just Here For Ken (1 & 2)
The WTTA Tri-Level League at Cypress Cove is scheduled to play for the next two Thursdays starting at 6:30 p.m. at Cypress Cove. They will have 24 players in action during these matches.
