ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff, the City of Franklin, filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code §58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Cary Banks:

Map and Parcel No.: 137 059 161 Brief Description: 307 Stonewall Street, Franklin, Va.

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence, without effect, to locate the unknown heirs, devises and successors of Purlie Banks, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors of Carlandus M. Banks, Sr., and there may be others who have an interest in the property who names and addresses are unknown, including but not limited to those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Franklin, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 11:00 a.m. on October 30, 2015, in the Southampton County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
