To the Editor:

Last Monday afternoon I was headed to PDCCC for my evening class — in a hurry as usual — I stopped at the Love’s gas station to get gas. I proceeded to class after that and realized I did not have my debit card I had used to purchase my gas. I drove back to the gas station and looked and went in to ask the clerk if anyone had turned in a lost debit card. I was informed no. As I was driving back to PDCCC my cell rang and it was Suntrust Bank in Franklin informing me that a gentleman had found my lost card at the gas station and brought it to the bank.

Wow! Was all I could say. I went and retrieved my card. The bank did not know who this person was. I am writing to thank this honest, good-hearted citizen in Franklin and to let him know how much I appreciate what he did for me … There are good people in this world and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
